• Your advisor. We share a client's information with the advisor who works on the engagement. Advisors are licensed real estate salespeople affiliated with other brokerage firms, and those firms may keep records of the engagement as their own licensing obligations require.
• Landlords and their representatives. We share information with a landlord or the landlord's representatives only when a step in the engagement requires it, such as requesting a proposal or confirming credit, and then only what that step needs.
• Professionals you ask us to work with, such as your attorney, architect, or contractor.
• Service providers, as described below.
• Legal and regulatory requests, when required by law, subpoena, or a regulator such as the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, or when needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not share a client's lease terms with outside brokers or market data platforms.
